This policy explains what information Tadrees collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Tadrees you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, e-mail address, institute name, level and class, and a password stored only as a salted hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and e-mail address from Google; we never see your Google password.
• Practice data: the practice sessions you start, the questions you answer, your answers, the time taken and your results. We use this to show your progress reports.
• Technical data: your IP address and sign-in times, which we use to keep accounts secure and to detect an account being used from several places at once.
• Messages: anything you send us when you contact us.

How we use information

• To create and run your account and show the right content for your level and class.
• To record your practice and produce progress and weak-area reports.
• To send verification codes and essential account messages by e-mail.
• To protect the service from misuse and enforce our terms.
• To improve the question bank and the website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Tadrees uses a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in and a short-lived cookie during Google sign-in. These are needed for the site to work. Third parties described below may also set cookies on your device.

Advertising and Google

We use Google AdSense to show advertisements on some pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info. Board result data

Our board results analysis is built from result gazettes published by the Board. School pages show aggregated results only (counts and percentages). Individual students' roll numbers, names, father's names, marks and grades can be looked up one search at a time (names need at least 3 letters and results are paged); lookups are limited per connection, individual records are not shown to search engines, and dates of birth are never shown. If you would like a student's entry removed or corrected, please contact us through the contact page.

Other services we use

• Google Sign-In to let you register and sign in with a Google account.
• E-mail delivery to send verification codes.
• Content delivery networks (for fonts, icons and page styling), which may receive your IP address when your browser loads those files.

Data sharing

We share information only with the service providers above as needed to run the website, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.

Data retention and security

We keep your account and practice history for as long as your account exists so that your reports stay accurate. We protect data with access controls and hashed passwords, but no system on the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account, by contacting us through the contact page. You can control cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the site will not work without the sign-in cookie.

Children

Tadrees is used by school students. Students under the age of majority should use the service with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
